Thanks for the tip! Where exactly should I be looking for these cable and plug connections? Are they easy to access, or will I need to remove any components?

It's best to inspect it professionally. The cable and plug connections are located within the suspension system. If you don't have experience, you might damage something. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It's better to be safe than sorry, especially with something as important as the vehicle suspension.

Okay, I understand. Thanks for the advice, I'll take it to a workshop and have them check the connections. The final repair cost was 95€.

I had a similar experience with my Marea – the suspension felt like riding a bucking bronco! Did you check the cable and plug connections to the damping components? Sometimes a loose or corroded connection can cause havoc. It's like a loose wire on a Christmas tree – one bulb goes out, and the whole string acts up.
