MarkX low brake fluid strange feedback

Greetings. I also happen to own a MarkX. A similar issue presented itself to me some time ago. To adequately diagnose the situation, could you please clarify whether any warning lights are illuminated on the instrument panel? Furthermore, have you observed any discernible leaks in the vicinity of the brake lines or calipers? This information would prove invaluable in ascertaining the underlying cause.

Thanks for the quick response! No warning lights are on, and I haven't spotted any leaks, but I haven't had the wheels off to check the calipers closely. Could it still be the brake lines even without visible leaks? How did you fix it eventually?

Thanks a lot for your help! Took it to a workshop, and you were right, worn brakes. Ended up costing me 480€ but at least it's sorted now.
