Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is that located? And is it something I could potentially check myself, or does it require special tools or knowledge? I wouldn't want to make things worse. Is it like changing a lightbulb or more like rocket science?

Okay, so I had to bring mine to a workshop. I'm not savvy enough to fix it myself. The mechanic told me the same thing though: cable or plug connection. They just re-seated it and cleared the error. I would definitely recommend you go to the shop!

Thanks a lot! I'll take it to a workshop this week. They quoted 95€, said it's most likely a defective cable or plug connection, just like you said. Hopefully, it's a quick and easy fix. I appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar! I have a Master too (though not the electric one), and I had similar symptoms last year. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the rear ventilation flap motor? That was the culprit in my case. It was like a loose wire causing the whole system to go haywire.
