Master AC failure

AC suddenly stopped working on my 2021 Renault Master diesel. Checked AC relay and fuses, they're fine. Could it be a refrigerant leak, or would that be gradual? Trying to avoid a huge repair bill.

I had a similar problem with my Master, though I don't remember the year. Turned out to be a faulty valve in the AC system. Mechanic said these valves can fail and cut off refrigerant flow suddenly. Any recent AC maintenance?

Interesting, a faulty valve? No recent AC maintenance, just servicing. Do you remember which valve specifically? Was it an expensive fix?

Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact valve. The garage diagnosed it. I would suggest you take your vehicle to a workshop. It cost around 1000€ including labor, so brace yourself. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! I'll take it to a trusted mechanic and get them to check the valves. Hopefully, it won't be too expensive. At least I have a starting point now. Cheers!
