Master climate control failure

Climate control panel is dead on my 2018 Renault Master electric van. I've got an error stored, the heating barely works, and the AC refuses to kick in. I've checked the fuses, but they all seem fine. Could it be a faulty temperature sensor?

I had a similar issue with my Master. Check the electrical connectors and the power supply to the climate control unit itself. In my case it was a corroded connector.

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly are those connectors located? Are they easy to get to, or do I need to dismantle half the dashboard?

They're usually behind the climate control panel itself, accessible after removing the unit. However, given the symptoms and error code, it is recommended to get the wiring harness checked by a workshop. It may be more complex than just a loose connector.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took it to a local garage, and you were right! Turns out it was a bad connection in the wiring harness. Cost me 95€ to fix. Cheers!
