Master GPS Antenna Issue

Hi, I'm having a GPS problem with my 2010 Renault Master diesel. The navigation system isn't getting any GPS reception and there's an error stored in the memory. I suspect the GPS antenna is defective. Anyone else had this issue?

I had a similar problem with my Master. No GPS signal all of a sudden. Have you checked for any obvious signal interference or if the GPS module is properly connected?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't seen any obvious interference. Where exactly is the GPS module located? And what was the solution in your case?

Mine was indeed the GPS antenna. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked. Cost me around 200€ to replace.

Thanks for the info! I'll get it checked out at a shop. Sounds like the antenna is the likely culprit. Replacing it solved the issue.
