Thanks! The coolant level seems stable. Where exactly is the water valve located? And is it easy to check for blockage without taking everything apart?

Okay, stable coolant is good. The water valve on mine was a pain to get to, tucked away near the heater core. Honestly, unless you're really confident, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose it and have the right tools. I tried fiddling with mine and ended up making it worse! Ended up costing me 95€ including labor, but at least I have warm air now!

Thanks for the advice! I'll take it to a workshop and mention the water valve and potential connection issues. Hopefully, it's a simple fix like yours.

I had a similar problem with my Master! Same symptoms – freezing in winter! Check the water valve itself. Sometimes they get gunked up, especially if you haven't flushed the coolant in a while. Has the coolant level dropped, suggesting a leak?
