Master Smartphone Pairing Issue

My 2003 Renault Master, diesel engine, has function restrictions. I can't connect my smartphone. Error memory shows an error. Any ideas?

I had similar issues with my Renault Trafic. The problem was incorrect pairing with the end device. Have you tried re-pairing?

I tried re-pairing, but it didn't work. Anything else I should check?

Yeah, same happened for me so I went to a reputable workshop, it ended up costing me 45€ to repair.
