Master windshield wipers not working

Having an odd issue with my 2016 Renault Master diesel. Windshield wipers aren't working at all, no movement regardless of the switch position. Scanned for error codes and found one that points to the wiper system. Fuse is fine. Suspect a bad cable or plug to the wiper motor or the switch itself. Anyone seen this before?

I own a Renault Master too, and I had a similar wiper problem a while back. Did you check the rain sensor? Sometimes if that sensor malfunctions or gets dirty, it can stop the wipers from working, even if the switch is okay. Worth a quick look before you dig into the wiring.

It's usually on the inside of the windshield, near the rearview mirror. Small gel-filled pad. Make sure it's clean and connected properly. If that doesn't fix it, get it checked by a workshop. They found a broken wire for me and it was 95€ to fix.
