Matrix Windshield Washer Heater Fault
Summary of the thread
The 2004 Hyundai Matrix's windshield washer heater was malfunctioning, causing frozen spray nozzles despite using winter washer fluid. The issue was initially suspected to be related to the fuse box or clogged nozzles, but these were ruled out. The problem was ultimately traced to a faulty cable or plug connection, which was repaired, resolving the issue.

The fuse box seems fine, visually. I've checked the fuses with a multimeter and disassembled and cleaned nozzles. Could it still be the washer heater, even if I checked it?

Yeah, mine was the windshield heater itself, as I initially thought. I'd suggest going to a reliable workshop.

Thanks! Finally it was the cable or plug connection. Repair bill 95€. Now it works again.

I had very similar troubles with my Matrix. Is the fuse box okay? I’d check there first, and also if the nozzles are clogged with gunk.
