Maverick Hybrid Audio System Failure

Has anyone else experienced audio system issues with their 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid? There's an error stored, and the sound isn't working.

Yeah, I've heard of similar problems. Does the volume control work? Sometimes a bad head unit can take down the whole system. Could also be a Bluetooth glitch. Check your speakers, too.

Volume control's dead, and I checked the speakers. Can a busted display really kill the whole audio?

Totally. The display integrates a lot. If the error points to the display and the volume's out, the display is likely the problem. I'd get it checked at a shop.

Thanks for the info. Shop confirmed the display's bad and quoted 725€ for the fix.
