Maverick Rear Ventilation Flap Issue

I've got a problem with the climate control on my 2003 Ford Maverick with a gasoline engine. The rear ventilation flap seems to be malfunctioning. I'm getting an error, the climate control unit isn't working right, and the AC isn't cooling. I think it might be a bad cable or plug. Anyone seen this before?

I had something like that on my Maverick. The air wasn't getting to the back at all. Check the connections like you said; it's probably something simple.

Could you tell me more about what happened with yours? Were the symptoms the same? Did you fix it yourself?

Yeah, pretty much the same. Rear passengers were roasting. I ended up taking it to a shop. They said the plug was loose or something, nothing major.

Okay, sounds like I should probably get it checked out. I'll book an appointment with my local shop. They quoted 95€ for the repair. Thanks for the help.
