Thank you for your insights. No, I have not. What voltage should I be looking for, and is there a simple way to test the charging system without specialized tools?

I was in the same boat. After a lot of research, a defective battery sensor turned out to be the culprit in my case, causing excessive battery drain. I would suggest having it checked at a workshop.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. It seems you were spot on. I took it to a workshop and it was indeed the battery sensor, costing 315€ to repair. I will mark this as resolved.

I had similar issues with my Maxima. It sounds like a low battery issue, potentially a parasitic drain. Have you checked the battery's voltage and charging system?
