Maxima Lean Running Issue

I'm about ready to set fire to my 2003 Nissan Maxima with the gasoline engine. It's running lean with only 49732 km. Getting reduced power, the check engine light is on, the engine runs rough, and it jerks when I accelerate. I suspect an injector issue, but this is frustrating!

I had similar lean running issues on my Maxima. Have you checked the oxygen sensor and the intake manifold?

O2 sensor and intake manifold? I'll check those. But what exactly were your symptoms? Was it as bad as mine?

Yeah, similar symptoms, especially the jerking. Best to get it to a workshop.

Thanks. The shop confirmed it. Defective fuel injector. 515€ later, she's running like new.
