O2 sensor and intake manifold? I'll check those. But what exactly were your symptoms? Was it as bad as mine?

Yeah, similar symptoms, especially the jerking. Best to get it to a workshop.

Thanks. The shop confirmed it. Defective fuel injector. 515€ later, she's running like new.

I had similar lean running issues on my Maxima. Have you checked the oxygen sensor and the intake manifold?
