I haven't attempted a reset yet. I wanted to gather some info before potentially making things worse. Was your issue definitely a software malfunction, and did the reset fix it?

Yeah, pretty sure it was software. The symptoms sound identical. A reset didn't fix it for me, unfortunately. Ended up having to take it to the workshop for a recalibration. Cost about 240€.

Sounds familiar. I've got a Megane too, though I'm not sure about the exact year. I had similar electrical gremlins and a dead nav system a while back. Did you try a software reset?
