Megane electrical problems

I'm having some weird electrical problems with my 2023 Renault Megane (electric engine). I keep getting an error message on the speedometer, and the error memory has something stored about a voltage issue. Plus, the battery seems weak when I start the car. I'm thinking it might be the auxiliary battery not charging properly. Has anyone else experienced this? Car has 233254 km on it.

I had a similar issue with my Megane. Is the error message specifically related to auxiliary power? For me, it turned out to be a low voltage issue with the auxiliary battery itself. Are you experiencing any other electrical malfunctions besides the error message and weak start?

Yes, it does point to an auxiliary battery problem. Besides the warning light and sluggish starts, the car's electronics seem a bit glitchy in general. Was it a straightforward battery replacement for you, or was there more to it?

For me, replacing the auxiliary battery resolved the issue completely. However, I suggest you visit a repair shop to diagnose the root cause. If the battery isn't charging, simply replacing it won't help in the long run.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a mechanic, and you were right – the auxiliary battery was the culprit. Replaced it for 290€, and everything seems back to normal. Appreciate the help!
