Megane Hybrid Auxiliary Heater Issue

Alright Megane enthusiasts, listen up! I'm pulling my hair out over here. My 2020 Renault Megane hybrid is throwing a hissy fit with its auxiliary heater. Got 101636 km on the clock. Basically, the parking heater refuses to fire up, and the car's throwing an error code related to it. I'm suspecting the glow plug, because if it's defective, it cannot heat up the chamber where the fuel is injected, thus not allowing the parking heater to start, but I did check the temperature sensor and it seems to be fine. Has anyone wrestled with this beast before? Before I end up with a coolant leak while trying to access the glow plugs or messing with the ventilation system and climate control, any pointers would be appreciated!

I have a similar Megane, although I have the standard engine. I had similar problems, and indeed it was the glow plug! Was the error stored in the error memory?

You wouldn't happen to remember the exact error code, would you? Or anything else that helped you diagnose it before replacing the glow plug? Any advice on dismantling it or the tools required? I am trying to avoid going to the workshop if possible

Unfortunately I cannot remember the error code, but the mechanic was pretty sure it was the glow plug, based on his experience. Honestly, unless you are extremely confident, I would take it to a workshop. The eventual repair cost was around 440€, at least in my case.

Thanks for the help! I will take it to the workshop and have it checked out, that is probably the safest bet. 440€ seems like a fair price.
