My 2023 Mercedes B Klasse with a diesel engine has a completely dead audio system The display is dark and silent I scanned it and it shows an error in the error memory related to the audio system Could it be a defective head unit Has anyone else had a similar Bluetooth problem or speaker crackle before it died completely

I took it to a workshop and you were right the head unit needed replacing Cost me around 725€ which is painful but at least it's working perfectly again Hopefully no more static noise or Bluetooth problems now
