Mercedes B Klasse Hybrid Engine Jerking Hissing Noise
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Mercedes B Klasse hybrid was experiencing engine issues, including jerking during acceleration, a whistling noise turning into a hissing sound, stalling at idle, increased fuel consumption, and reduced power. The suspected cause was a faulty boost pressure sensor or a bad connection in the cable or plug. After consulting with others, it was confirmed that the issue was indeed with the boost pressure sensor cable, which was replaced, resolving the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly should I be looking for this boost leak? Any specific areas in the air intake or around the boost sensor I should focus on?

Honestly, I'm not the best to explain this in detail. I suggest taking it to a workshop. That's what I did when I had those issues. They found it pretty quickly.

I took it to the shop, and you were spot on. It was indeed the boost pressure sensor cable. They replaced the cable and plug, and it cost me 95€. Runs like new now!

Sounds rough. I had similar symptoms with my Mercedes. Not the same model but I think it can help. Check the turbo boost. The engine light, jerking, and hissing point to a possible boost leak. A faulty boost sensor can cause all sorts of issues like those you describe.
