Wiring harness where exactly? And which battery terminal? There are several.

Okay, so when I say wiring harness, I mean trace the wires that come directly from your ignition switch. They should lead to a main wiring bundle. Give that a look for any obvious damage. As for the battery terminal, check the main positive one first. Make sure it's clean and tight. If that doesn't work, and you're not comfortable poking around too much, honestly, I'd just take it to a workshop. It could be a deeper electrical issue.

Workshop found a loose plug. They charged 95€ to fix it. Problem solved.

Sounds familiar. I have a B Klasse too, though maybe not the hybrid version. I had a similar no-start issue and that "Terminal 15" thing pop up. Terminal 15, as I understand it, is basically the ignition switch power supply. Did you check the battery terminal connections and the wiring harness? A circuit break in the power supply could definitely cause that.
