Mercedes B Klasse Sunroof Issue

My Mercedes B Klasse 2020 hybrid has a sunroof not initialized error. The sunblind is stuck, and the convertible top is unresponsive. The sunblind also no longer retracts. This may be from a recent coding. Any sunroof troubleshooting guidance is appreciated.

Yes, a power interruption can definitely affect the sunroof mechanism. A reset or recalibration is often required afterwards. If that doesn't work, you may need to visit a workshop to have the sunroof control module professionally diagnosed and potentially recoded.

The dealer performed a complete sunroof reset and recalibration of the sunroof mechanism and sunroof control unit which resolved the issue. The repair cost was 75€. Thank you again for your assistance.
