Mercedes C Klasse electronic parking brake issue

The module location can vary a bit, but usually it's somewhere near the rear axle, often in the trunk area behind a panel. You're looking for a module with a bunch of wires going into it. Appreciate the advice! I did some more digging and you were right, I'm not comfortable enough to mess with the brake control module myself. I took it to a workshop and they confirmed it was the electric motor in the caliper, just like I suspected. Repair cost was indeed around 500€. At least now it's fixed and the vehicle safety is back to normal. Thanks again for the help!
