Mercedes C Klasse GPS Problem

I'm not an expert, but the antenna is usually on the roof, near the back window. Car electronics can be tricky. If you're not comfortable, I'd suggest a workshop to avoid making things worse. In my case, it was the antenna itself, so I went to the shop.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a mechanic, and the GPS antenna was indeed faulty. After spending 200€, the satellite connection is restored. I appreciate the help.
