Thanks for the tip. Where exactly should I be looking for these cable connections? Is there anything specific I should look out for?

They're usually right on top of the injectors. Look for any loose connections, corrosion, or damaged wires. If you're not comfortable poking around, it might be best to take it to a workshop. These systems are sensitive, and you don't want to make it worse. I'd advise you to go to a professional.

Appreciate the help. Took it to the shop and you were spot on. Turned out to be a defective plug connection. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Runs like new now!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Citan, must be an air leak somewhere. Check the cable and plug connections to the injectors first. A defective connection there can cause all sorts of problems, including poor performance and stalling. Have you noticed any diesel leaks?
