Mercedes CLA Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Issue

Yes the wiring is fairly accessible it is near the fuel rail Look for anything obvious corrosion breaks loose connectors A faulty signal from a bad wire definitely mimics a bad sensor But honestly even if the wiring looks okay given your symptoms I would bet the sensor is failing If it were me I would probably get it sorted at a workshop Peace of mind

I appreciate the insight I checked the wiring as you suggested and everything looked fine I took it to the shop and it was a faulty fuel pressure sensor 240€ later the check engine light is gone and she is purring like a kitten again Thanks for the advice
