Mercedes CLA Hybrid AC problem

Has anyone experienced AC issues with their 2023 Mercedes CLA Hybrid My AC has stopped working and the diagnostics point to an electrical problem, possibly undervoltage Could a bad pressure sensor or AC relay cause the AC to shut down

Oh no, that sounds frustrating I have a CLA, and I had a similar problem with my air conditioning I know next to nothing about cars, but I remember the mechanic mentioning something about the AC relay Could that be it Did you check the pressure sensor

I wish I had more details Honestly, I just remember being hot and bothered and taking it straight to the shop They said something about the relay switch needing to be replaced It was all very confusing If it's the same for you, I'd say just take it in Better to be safe than sorry

I appreciate your input Further diagnostics confirmed undervoltage leading to AC compressor shutdown The issue was a faulty relay switch impacting the HVAC system I replaced the AC relay, and that fixed it The total cost was 240€ Thanks again for your insights
