Mercedes CLA Hybrid Audio System Silence

I am seriously pulling my hair out here My 2022 Mercedes CLA hybrid's audio system has completely gone silent. No sound whatsoever. The volume control does absolutely nothing. I tried the auxiliary input, thinking maybe it was just the radio, but nada. Even the Bluetooth is acting up; it connects to my phone, but still radio silence. Has anyone else experienced this audio system brick wall

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar experience with my old BMW a few years back. Radio, CD, everything just went dead. Did you check the car speakers or perhaps consider that it could be a fuse

Speakers and fuses, huh I haven't actually checked those myself. Where exactly would I find the fuse for the audio system And is there an easy way to test the car speakers

The fuse box location should be in your owner's manual; usually there are diagrams. As for the speakers, it's trickier without proper equipment. Given all the symptoms you describe, especially the Bluetooth issue, it does point to something more than just blown speakers. It might be worth taking it to a workshop to avoid further issues.

Okay, so I took your advice and got it checked out. Turns out the bass speaker was defective. Cost me 280€ to get it sorted. Thanks for the help
