Mercedes CLA Power Window Problem

My 2021 Mercedes CLA hybrid has an issue all the power windows stopped working at the same time The error memory shows a fault but I am not a mechanic Could this be the window motor I have a lot of kilometers on the car Has anyone else had this problem What is the best way to fix it

Good point about the switch How would I even go about testing that without making things worse I am not sure where to start with the window mechanism or how to get to the switch itself without damaging anything Is there a way to diagnose it properly before I start taking things apart

Thanks for the advice I took it to a workshop and you were spot on It was the power window switch 200€ later and all the power windows are working again I appreciate the help
