A generic error points to the heater itself Replacing a glow plug can be a DIY job, but on a modern hybrid Mercedes, it can be complicated Access can be tricky, and specialized tools might be needed to remove it without damaging the threads Plus, you need to diagnose which glow plug is faulty I recommend a trusted workshop They can pinpoint the problem and fix it correctly You dont want to risk making things worse or damaging other components

Sounds frustrating A defective glow plug could be the issue, especially with a specific error code Have you checked the auxiliary heater system fuses A blown fuse can cause issues Does the error message have more details, or is it a generic auxiliary heater malfunction It could also be a faulty temperature sensor or the blower motor not running normally
