Good call on the plug I'll try that Do you know if the BMW AUC sensor is similar or if there is a way to test the sensor before replacing it

While the underlying principle of air quality sensors is similar across brands, the specific design and calibration of the BMW AUC sensor are unlikely to be directly compatible with your Mercedes EQV The sensor's output signal and the control unit's interpretation of that signal are likely to differ Testing the sensor usually requires specialized diagnostic equipment Given the potential for wiring issues and the cost-effectiveness of a replacement, I would advise taking it to a workshop They can properly diagnose the issue and rule out other potential causes before replacing the sensor

Thanks for the advice I took it to a shop, and you were right, it was a bad connection They cleaned it up and all is working great Total cost was 95€

Interesting issue A faulty auto recirculation AUC sensor can definitely impact your blower motor The system relies on that sensor to determine air quality and adjust the intake accordingly If the sensor is sending incorrect data or no data at all, it could prevent the blower from activating Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the AUC sensor plug Sometimes that's enough to reset it Also, where is the sensor located on the EQV Knowing that might help me guide you better It's usually near the air intake, but locations vary
