Thank you. Could you elaborate on the specific location of the fuse and how you diagnosed the loose connection? Was it a visual inspection, or did you use a multimeter to confirm the electrical continuity? Any detail regarding the power supply to the seat motor would be appreciated.

The fuse box was in the trunk for me. I checked it visually first, then used a multimeter to confirm no power. I'd also recommend checking the connector under the seat. If you are not comfortable doing that, paying 95€ to let the workshop take care of it may be the smartest move.

Thank you. I followed your recommendation and inspected the fuse and connector. The issue was a corroded connector under the seat. After cleaning the contacts, the massage function works. I appreciate your time and expertise. The repair cost of 95€ was avoided.

I had a similar problem with the massage setting in my old BMW 7 series. The error was in the memory, and the massage chair wasn't working. Have you checked the power supply to the seat motor? Mine was a loose connection in the fuse box related to the seat motor.
