Mercedes GLE Hybrid air suspension problem

Sounds rough. I had a similar issue with my GLE a while back. Is it possible the ride height is completely off? Were you getting the error message before the bumpy ride started, or did it all happen at once? It definitely sounds like it could be the air suspension. Have you checked the shock absorber for any obvious damage?

Thanks for the quick reply. The error message and the bumpy ride pretty much started at the same time. I haven't really poked around the shock absorber itself, to be honest. I was more focused on the error code. When you had your issue, did it turn out to be the air suspension bellows valve, too? And if so, was it a huge pain to fix?

Yep, it was the air suspension bellows valve, plain and simple. I'd say just bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They'll diagnose it properly and get it sorted. Cost me around 590€, if I remember correctly. Better than messing with the whole suspension system yourself and potentially making things worse, right?

You know what, you're absolutely right. I was hoping it would be something I could tackle myself, but I really don't want to risk making things worse.
