Fuses? I didn't consider that. Which fuse box are you referring to, and do you know the specific fuse number?

I don't have the exact fuse number, but it was in the rear fuse box on my car. It might be worth having the workshop check it for that 95€ price.

You were right. I took it in, and it was a faulty connector under the seat. 95€ later, and I'm enjoying a massage again. Thanks for the assistance!

I had a similar issue on my Mercedes C-Class. The lumbar support failed first, and then the massage function shortly after. It's probably an electrical problem. Have you checked the fuses?
