Mercedes M Klasse Hybrid Check Engine Light and Idle Problems

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've got a 2010 Mercedes M Klasse hybrid with just over 50000 km on it. The check engine light popped on recently, and I've noticed some idle problems. It almost feels like the engine is stalling sometimes, especially when I'm stopped. I've been doing some research and suspect it might be related to the air system. I read somewhere about faulty vacuum hoses. Could it be a defective hose connection from the pump to the valve? Anyone else experience similar check engine light with their M Klasse?

Okay, so I'm no mechanic, just a regular guy. Honestly, I ended up taking mine to a workshop. They told me it was indeed a defective hose connection from the pump to the valve! It was causing air to leak and messing with the engine. Check engine light was the first sign. Just get it checked, it's better than causing more damage.
