Mercedes M Klasse Hybrid Engine Stalling Issue Resolved

I had similar issues with my old Vauxhall Corsa, though it was a gasoline engine. Rough idle, stalling, the whole deal! For me, it was a faulty fuel pressure sensor. Have you checked the cable and plug? A bad connection can seem like a sensor problem.

It's hard to rule out the fuel pump or wiring without diagnostic tools, given the symptoms and your check. But, since a fuel pressure sensor is cheaper than the pump, it might be worth trying that first, but be careful. A workshop visit might be best to avoid wasting money. Thanks for the advice. You nailed it! My mechanic found a bad fuel pressure sensor connection. The repair was 95€. Now the fuel economy is good, and no more stalling. Thanks for the help!
