When you had this, could you find the exact electrical fault location or root cause through sensor testing? Did you also get a water sensor error code?

I didn't do much sensor testing, it was beyond me. The error code was similar. I took it to a workshop and they fixed the electrical fault. A proper diagnosis is probably best.

Thanks for sharing. I'll get a technician to diagnose the auto electronics issue and test the sensor thoroughly. Professional help seems best to avoid more problems. Thanks again.

Hello! I had a flashing light on a Mercedes ML, the cable was in the trunk, and water got in there without me realizing it. Later, the problems started: no left turn signal, the wipers didn't work, and the electric seats stopped functioning. Since I discovered the water problem, how can I remove the water? Do you think the computer will work as before? What should I do? Thank you.

First, ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues. Remove any visible water using towels or a wet/dry vacuum. Allow the area to dry completely, using fans or a dehumidifier if necessary. Inspect the affected electrical components and connections for corrosion or damage. If the computer or any components were submerged, it's crucial to have them inspected by a professional, as water damage can lead to safety issues. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions!

Water sensor issue on an ML? I had something similar. Check engine light, rough running, and auto electronics acting up. Did you check the connections well? Plugs get corroded or loose sometimes.
