Weird key turn, eh? That sounds familiar! What exactly did you do to fix yours? Did you take it to a shop?

Yeah, the key felt loose, almost like it wasn't fully engaging. Honestly, I messed around with it for a bit, checking connections, but eventually, I had to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. Best bet is to get a professional to diagnose it properly. Could save you a lot of time and frustration.

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. Took it to the shop and they found a defective fuse related to the ignition switch. 52€ later and she's running like new. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like a real headache. I had a similar issue with my ML. The key turn felt weird, and the engine start was hit or miss. Sometimes it would crank, sometimes nothing. Have you checked your car electronics thoroughly? It could be the ignition key itself or the ignition switch acting up. It's like when you have a bad lightbulb, sometimes it flickers before it finally dies.
