Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is the washer heater located? Is it easy to get to, or am I going to need specialized tools? And did you have the same error code in the error memory?

Yes, same error. The heater is near the washer fluid reservoir. If you're not comfortable working on it, maybe take it to a workshop.

Thank you, I think I will take your advice and bring it to the workshop. It ended up being exactly what you said: a corroded connector. The 95€ estimate was spot on. New connector, and now my windshield wipers work perfectly, even in freezing conditions! Thanks again for your help.

I had similar issues with my ML. Check the connection to the washer heater itself. It could be loose or corroded.
