Mercedes S Klasse Audio System Failure

My 2015 Mercedes S Klasse with a gasoline engine has an audio system malfunction. There's no audio output from any source, including radio, auxiliary, and USB. I've checked the volume. The car has approximately 32988 km. Could a defective bass speaker be the cause?

I had a similar experience with my S Klasse. I initially thought the sound quality was terrible, then complete silence. Did you notice any distortion before the failure? It could be a blown speaker, especially with heavy bass. Have you checked the fuses?

It's hard to say which fuse without the manual. But based on your description, it sounds like a speaker issue. Mine was the bass speaker, and it was difficult to diagnose myself. A workshop visit would be best for diagnosis and repair.
