Mercedes S Klasse sunroof issue

I'm having trouble with my 2016 Mercedes S Klasse hybrid engine I'm getting a 'sunroof not initialized' error which has caused the sunblind to get stuck and the convertible top to become unresponsive Has anyone else run into this I suspect it's related to some recent coding on the car Any ideas for troubleshooting

Yep pretty much the same craziness Honestly I didn't dare mess with it myself Took it straight to a workshop They sorted it out pretty quick Best to get it checked professionally you know

Thanks so much for the advice I took it to a workshop as you suggested Turns out the coding had indeed messed things up They reinitialized the sunroof and everything is working perfectly again The repair cost was only 75€ I really appreciate your help
