Interesting! A separate fuse, you say? That's definitely something I hadn't considered. Where exactly was this fuse located in your BMW? Was it in the main fuse box, or tucked away somewhere else? Any chance you recall the fuse number or amperage? I'd hate to start pulling fuses blindly.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact location or fuse number on my old BMW, as it was a different make and model. However, I suggest consulting your Mercedes owner's manual or a wiring diagram specific to your SLC. These diagrams often show the fuse locations and amperages for all the vehicle's circuits. If you're still unsure, maybe consider taking it to a workshop. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion! Turns out you were spot on. It wasn't the main battery, but a blown fuse specifically for the passenger seat's power seats circuit. Replaced it, and everything's working perfectly now. Saved me a ton of time and money. I really appreciate the help!

That's frustrating! I had a similar issue with my older BMW a while back. The power seats were completely dead. In my case, it wasn't the main battery, but a separate fuse specifically for the seat adjustment motors. Perhaps your Mercedes has a similar setup? I would suggest checking all related fuses before assuming it's the battery or seat wiring.
