I will double-check the connection to the wiper motor When you mention the wiper switch, are you referring to the stalk on the steering column Is there a way to test the functionality of this switch without specialized equipment The wiper blades are relatively new, but I will inspect them for any obstructions

Yes, I meant the stalk on the steering column I do not know how to test it It sounds like you have checked most things From what you are saying, it might be best to get it checked out If you are getting an error code, the workshop should be able to diagnose it quickly

I had the vehicle inspected The issue was a faulty connection in the wiper switch wiring The repair cost was 95€ It was beyond my capabilities without the proper diagnostic tools Thank you again for your assistance

That sounds frustrating I am no expert, but it could be the wiper switch itself If the error is stored, that points to an electrical issue Have you checked the connection to the wiper motor Maybe it's just come loose I would start there before worrying about the rain sensor Are your wiper blades old Perhaps they are causing the motor to overload and stop functioning
