I did check the battery voltage with a multimeter, and it seemed okay, around 12.6V when the engine is off, but the vehicle diagnostics tool still flags a low voltage error related to the battery sensor Where exactly is the voltage sensor located? I want to inspect the wiring before I replace parts What was your eventual repair?

On mine, the battery sensor was integrated into the negative battery cable clamp Since your multimeter voltage readings are okay, I suspect the sensor is defective It's best to get it properly diagnosed at a workshop They should be able to confirm the defective battery sensor and replace it That's what I had to do
