Good point, I'll check the key fob. If the alarm is working, does that eliminate a problem with the security system? I'm trying to narrow things down before I start taking apart the door panels.

Not necessarily, the alarm might use a different circuit. If the central locking isn't working and there's an error stored, it's likely a defective component. I'd recommend getting it checked at a workshop.

Thanks for the input. I took it to a workshop. It was a corroded connector, as the error code suggested. 95€ later, the central locking is working again. I appreciate the help!

Have you checked the key fob battery? Also, does the car alarm still function as expected? It could be related if the central locking system is integrated.
