I've had a quick look, but I'm no expert I can see some wires and plugs near the compressor, but I wouldn't know what corrosion looks like, nor how to check for a 'loose pin' Is there a simple way to identify a bad connection Like, a specific wire to wiggle, or a plug I could try reseating Or maybe a YouTube video showing the usual suspects

Given your admitted lack of expertise, I strongly advise against attempting any repairs yourself Incorrectly handling suspension components can be dangerous Your symptoms are consistent with a potential electrical fault within the air suspension system While a simple connection issue is possible, a professional diagnosis is warranted to rule out more complex problems Proceed to a qualified workshop for further assessment

Understood, thanks for the advice I took it to a local shop and you were spot on it was a corroded connector on the compressor They cleaned it up, re-seated everything, and cleared the error codes Air suspension is working perfectly again The 95€ estimate was spot on, so I dodged a bullet there Thanks again for the help

A defective cable or plug connection can certainly cause those symptoms The air suspension system relies on electrical signals to control the compressor and valves A break in the circuit can lead to compressor malfunction, uneven ride height, and error messages Have you inspected the relevant wiring harness and connections for corrosion, damage, or loose pins
