Thanks for the info! Where exactly is the connector you're referring to located? And what is a multimeter?

Okay, so the connector I'm talking about is the one that plugs directly into the climate control panel itself. You usually have to remove the panel to access it. A multimeter is an electronic measuring instrument that tests voltage, current, and resistance. Seriously though, if you are not sure what you are doing, you really should just get a professional to look at it. It could be a simple fix, but you don't want to make it worse!

Thanks! I took it to the workshop as you suggested. Turns out a wire had come loose on the back of the climate control panel. They reconnected it and cleared the error codes. Air conditioning and heating are working fine now!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had similar HVAC system issues with my old Vauxhall Astra. Check the power supply to the climate control unit. Electronic faults can be sneaky. Is the blower motor getting power at all? If not, it could be a fuse or a relay. If you have access to a multimeter, it might be worth checking the voltage at the connector.
