Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, the car battery seems to be constantly draining. Even after a decent run, it struggles to start the next time. Where exactly did you find the problem on your BMW? And what was the fix in the end?

Mine turned out to be a defective battery sensor. It messed up the whole electrical system. I would suggest getting it checked by a workshop, as it can cause further damage. Is it worth risking more expensive repairs down the line?

Thanks for the confirmation and advice. I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on – the battery sensor was indeed defective. They replaced it for around 315€. Everything seems fine now. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old BMW 3 series. Was your battery constantly struggling, even after a long drive? Could be a faulty sensor, but have you checked the charging voltage?
