Mercedes X Klasse radio reception problem

I'm having radio reception issues in my 2020 Mercedes X Klasse diesel. The signal is poor, an error message appears, and the audio system is not working. An antenna fault is logged. Any ideas?

I suspected the antenna, but proper diagnosis needed special equipment, so I went to a workshop. They confirmed it was the antenna and replaced it.

I replaced the antenna as you suggested. The repair was 255€ and the radio reception is now perfect. Thanks for the help.
