Mercedes X Klasse radio reception problem

I had a similar problem with the FM signal in my X Klasse. The signal was weak, almost nonexistent in some areas, and I had radio interference. Does that sound familiar?

I suspected the antenna, but proper diagnosis needed special equipment, so I went to a workshop. They confirmed it was the antenna and replaced it.

I replaced the antenna as you suggested. The repair was 255€ and the radio reception is now perfect. Thanks for the help.
