Micra AC and rear ventilation issue

Help! My 2015 Nissan Micra diesel is playing up. The air conditioning barely cools, and I've got an error stored about the rear ventilation flap. I'm getting a malfunction with the climate control too. Could a dodgy connection really cause all this?

I've seen similar issues on Micras, though I have a different engine. Did you check the basic stuff like fuses first? It might sound silly, but it caused a lot of grief for me. Is the air distribution affected only for the rear passengers or is the front not working as well?

Good shout on the fuses, I'll double-check those now. But yeah, it's definitely worse in the back. Front seems okay-ish, but not as cold as it used to be. What was your issue specifically?

Mine ended up being the flap motor itself, or so the workshop told me. If your front is still working somewhat, but the back is dead, it does sound similar. I'd suggest getting it properly diagnosed. Might save you some time and further headaches.
