Micra AC not working

Hey, I'm having trouble with the AC in my 2011 Nissan Micra, diesel. It just stopped working. I thought it was low refrigerant, but it doesn't switch on at all, and there's no cooling. I scanned it with an OBD2 reader and got an error. Any ideas before I take it to a mechanic?

I had a similar issue with my 2015 Opel Astra a while back. The AC suddenly quit. It turned out to be undervoltage causing the AC compressor to shut off. Like a safety switch tripping. Maybe check your battery and electrical connections? Any other electrical issues?

That's interesting. I haven't noticed anything else, but where should I start looking for this undervoltage? Could it be a sensor, or something else?

Hard to say for sure, but in my case, it was a weak battery and a bad connection to the AC compressor. I'd get it checked professionally. They can check the voltage at the compressor and the pressure sensor. Also, rule out other HVAC issues like a faulty AC relay or pressure switch. Might save you some time.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and it was undervoltage. They replaced the faulty connection, and it cost 240€.
